Throughout human history people have come together to share their dreaming for the community. Social Dreaming is a contemporary way to step aside and engage the imaginative depth of dreaming together.

Pilates with The Centred Body
Flexible Strength Pilates:
Taught by Jacqueline Pye, a Body Control Pilates Teacher, this class is suitable for all levels. The focus is using Pilates moves to strengthen the core, utilising free weights to strengthen muscles and a yoga influence to stretch the body, creating a strong, lean body.
